Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Access to some communities or features may depend on approval, invitations, or active payments.
Acceptable use
You may not use Gruplly to abuse other users, distribute malicious material, violate applicable law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform, payment flows, or community operations.
Paid memberships and billing
Paid access and subscriptions may be offered by creators using Gruplly. Billing and payment processing are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Creators are responsible for the offers, content, and fulfillment associated with their groups.
Community content
Users retain responsibility for the content they publish. By posting content through Gruplly, you grant the platform the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content as part of the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated if accounts violate these terms, create platform risk, or abuse creators, members, or payment systems. We may also suspend access when needed to protect the service, investigate fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
Disclaimers
Gruplly is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Gruplly after an update means you accept the revised terms.
